I traveled on my own to USA and met with people of various races, and naturally tasted many different recepes inherent to those races. At diners that are often located alongside the streets, stakes and beer are practically the only best choice. I love this typical American recepe and therefore wished to add sophisticated and professional Bistro sense to it so as to make it possible to provide visitors with a service filled by hospitablity.
